How do we celebrate birthdays in the Persian culture (tavalod!)
- First, we invite friends and family.
- Then, we prepare cakes, fruits and food for the celebration.
- The guests bring a gift to the host having his birthday.
- Guests are starting to dance while playing songs, bringing the cake with the candles and dividing the cake.
- Gifts are opened and we thank the people who donated.
