Ukraine has a centralized education system. The Ministry of Education and Science is responsible for all aspects of education, from developing curricula to accrediting higher education institutions.

Elementary School (початкова школа)[edit | edit source]

Elementary school in Ukraine is known as початкова школа and typically lasts for four years.
