      1. Feeling Upset

When something unexpected happens, we might feel upset. This feeling can be expressed as "дуушуңузду коюу" in Kirghiz. For example:

  • Person 1: Менин арзылышым испанды жок. (Menin arzılyşym ispandy jok. - I didn't get what I wanted.)
  • Person 2: Өзүңүздүн дуушуңузду коюгуңуз үчүн мэйлибиз. (Özüñüzduñ duuşunuzdu koığuñuz üchün meylibiz. - We sympathize with your feeling upset.)
      1. Feeling Lonely

"өчпөрөт болуу" is the expression used to describe the feeling of loneliness in Kirghiz. For instance:

  • Person 1: Мен путкундай жашайм. (Men putkunday jashaım. - I live alone.)
  • Person 2: Өчпөрөт болгондон кийин мага ишениңиз мүмкүн. (Öçpöröt bolgondan kiyin mağa işeniñiz mümkün. - You can look for me when you feel lonely.)
      1. Feeling Excited

If you are feeling excited, you can express it as "жигерленүү" or "жигерленүү болуу" in Kirghiz. Here's an example:

  • Person 1: Биз басканда Ошка кеттчибиз. (Biz baskanda Oşka kettçibiz. - We are leaving for Osh tomorrow.)
  • Person 2: Жигерленуге башладым, биз сезимдиккермише чүнүп сабаштыкка чыгабыз. (Jigerlenuge başladım, biz sezimdikkermişe çünüp sabashtыğka çığabız. - I got excited, we'll have fun playing on holidays.)
      1. Feeling Thirsty

When you are feeling thirsty, you can say "ачык тоо" in Kirghiz. Here is an example:

  • Person 1: Менин судужок бош жок. Менин жашым үчүн суду чоң гүлү окуп суу болуп түрөт. (Menin sudujok boş jok. Menin jashaım üchün sudu çoñ gülı okup suı bolup türöt. - I always have a bottle of water because I feel thirsty a lot.)
  • Person 2: Мен де бирок ачык тоом жок, бирок канча чындык акшаман катуу артан туруп, ачылуу жогоруго колдонобуз. (Men de birok açыk toom jok, birok kança çındık akşaman katu аrtan turup, açыluu joğorugo kolдonobuz. - I am not feeling thirsty yet, but I will use drinking to feel better after exercising.)
      1. Feeling Curious

"жана кызыктуу" is the expression used to describe the feeling of curiosity in Kirghiz. For example:

  • Person 1: Бул начарда кандай тилда бесилетилет? (Bul naçarda kanday tilda besiletilеt? - In which language is this text written?)
  • Person 2: Бул Кыргыз тилинде бесилетилген. Саңыз жана кызыктуу болсоңуз, бизди колдонуңуз. (Bul Kırgız tiliñde besiletilgen. Sañız jana kızıktoo bolsоñuz, bizdi kolдonuñuz. - It is written in Kirghiz. If you are curious, use us.)
      1. Feeling Relieved

When something worrying ends, we might feel a sense of relief. This feeling can be expressed as "кыйынчылыктан кетерди" in Kirghiz. Here's an example:

  • Person 1: Мен тестеден үзүлгөнүмдүн болот. (Men testeden üzülgönuмdün bolot. - I am worried about my test results.)
  • Person 2: Сураныч, чоң бөлөктөр кыйынчылыктан кетер. Иштеген натыйжа алынышы мүмкүн. (Suranych, çoñ bölöktör kıyınçılıkdan ketеr. Iştegen natыҗa alыnyşı mümkün. - Don't worry, most problems get solved. You can get the desired result.)
      1. Feeling in a Hurry

When you are feeling in a hurry, you can use the expression "машиннан чыгуу керек" in Kirghiz. Here is an example:

  • Person 1: Сонундай жаңы министерлер тандай болуп жаткан. (Sonunday jañı ministerler tanday bolup çatkan. - The selection of new ministers has taken so long.)
  • Person 2: Кандайда убакты машиннан чыгуу керек. (Kandayda ubakty maşinnan çığuu kerek. - We have to hurry and get there on time.)
      1. Feeling Proud

If you are feeling proud of something, you can say "чоң гүлү" in Kirghiz. Here's an example:

  • Person 1: Менин балдарым бирине каратууга ишенип калып келди. (Menin baldarym birine karatuuga işenip kalyp keldi. - My children grew up and went to university.)
