Join us for "Conversemos con Amigxs" at North Central Market!

At our weekly meetup, we gather at the tables near the mattress store on the outdoor deck. In case of bad weather, we have a covered deck.

If you're fully vaccinated, we invite you to join us for an evening of good food, beer, wine, and conversation. Whether you're a native Spanish or English speaker, or somewhere in between, there's always a conversation you can jump into. We welcome speakers of all levels.

Share your stories and experiences with us. If you're feeling generous, you can share your wine or your adventurous food choices. And don't worry if you don't drink wine, we have other options available.

For the past 6 years, we've been meeting regularly, forming strong friendships along the way. We started in 2016 and even continued our gatherings on Zoom for a year. Together, we've created a supportive community that enjoys celebrating birthdays with cake and songs.

Our group consists of native Spanish speakers from Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Spain, and Venezuela. We also have members from various other countries, including China, Germany, Iran, Poland, and the US.

Besides our language exchange, we also plan weekend outings of all kinds. You'll never have to go out alone again once you join our group. We know how to have a good time and stick together!

En nuestro encuentro semanal, nos reunimos en las mesas cerca de la tienda de colchones, en la terraza al aire libre. En caso de mal tiempo, disponemos de una terraza cubierta.

Si estás completamente vacunado, te invitamos a unirte a nosotros para disfrutar de una noche de buena comida, cerveza, vino y conversación. Ya seas hablante nativo de español o inglés, o estés en algún punto intermedio, siempre habrá una conversación en la que puedes participar. Damos la bienvenida a personas de todos los niveles.

Comparte tus historias y experiencias con nosotros. Si te sientes generoso, puedes compartir tu vino o tus platos más aventureros. Y no te preocupes si no tomas vino, también tenemos otras opciones disponibles.

Durante los últimos 6 años, nos hemos reunido regularmente, formando amistades sólidas en el camino. Empezamos en 2016 e incluso continuamos nuestras reuniones en Zoom durante un año. Juntos, hemos creado una comunidad de apoyo que disfruta celebrar los cumpleaños con pasteles y canciones.

Nuestro grupo está compuesto por hablantes nativos de español de Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, México, Perú, España y Venezuela. También tenemos miembros de varios otros países, incluyendo China, Alemania, Irán, Polonia y Estados Unidos.

Además de nuestro intercambio de idiomas, también planeamos salidas de fin de semana de todo tipo. Nunca más tendrás que salir solo una vez que te unas a nuestro grupo. ¡Sabemos cómo pasarlo bien y permanecer unidos!
