EVENT OVERVIEW

Join us for an engaging online language exchange experience that mirrors the dynamics of in-person gatherings—minus the face-to-face interaction!

We will set up various private breakout rooms dedicated to the languages represented by our participants, allowing you to connect with others based on your language preferences. If you're a polyglot, feel free to explore multiple rooms!

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Register for FREE on Eventbrite, specifying your native and target languages to help us assign you to the appropriate groups.

2. Upon securing your FREE ticket, you will receive an email containing the Event ID and Password on the day of the event.

3. With a variety of languages represented, you can easily move between different language breakout rooms.

4. To foster a live experience, participants are required to keep their cameras on.

5. Spaces are limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible!

Bring your own beverage—whether it’s something refreshing or a little stronger, it's up to you!

All languages are encouraged! However, we cannot guarantee a partner for every specific language you wish to practice.

GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW:

1. Upon logging in, you will be directed to your designated chat room.

2. Please be respectful to your fellow participants, allowing everyone a chance to engage.

3. Remember, we all share native proficiency in one or two languages, so be willing to support fellow learners.

4. If you do not speak the language the other person is using, kindly refrain from engaging.

5. Participants who display rudeness or aggression may be removed from the event at the organizer's discretion.

6. Many attendees have expressed concerns about the comment box. To avoid disrupting others, direct any questions to the organizers instead of posting in the comment section.

8. Don’t hesitate to share your local languages! We have diplomats available from various countries who are eager to practice with you.
