Join us for an exciting evening of cultural and linguistic exchange at our upcoming event, "Language ROOFTOP Exchange," where you can connect with fellow language enthusiasts! Upon arrival, you'll receive a name tag to share your name, the language you speak, and the language you'd like to practice.

All languages are invited! Please note that while we welcome diversity, we cannot guarantee a partner for every specific language you wish to exchange.

Grab a drink to kickstart your language journey! A drink or snack is required to participate, demonstrating your support for our events. Don't worry, we offer non-alcoholic options too!

Space is limited in our cozy venue, so we recommend arriving early to secure your spot.

Entry is at the discretion of the organizers.

Please adhere to the following guidelines:
1. This event is for ages 21 and over (ID required).

2. Be courteous to others and allow them the opportunity to engage in conversations.

3. Many attendees are native speakers of one or more languages; be ready to assist others in their learning journey and accommodate as much as possible.

4. If you cannot converse in the language someone desires, please respect their space.

5. Attendees displaying rude or aggressive behavior will be removed at the organizer's discretion.

6. This is a face-to-face event; please refrain from trying to set up online meetings through comments or direct messages.

7. Many members have expressed concerns about comment box notifications being disruptive, so please direct any questions to the organizers instead.

9. Upon arrival, our team will greet you and guide you to your designated group.

10. Embrace your local language—diplomats from various countries will be present to help you practice!

11. Please be patient during the initial 30 minutes as we organize groups based on language preferences.

12. A registration station will be set up for check-in. Be sure to register on Meetup for free entry; otherwise, a cover charge will apply.
