Join us for an exciting gathering at Zorba's Cafe every Thursday! Our meeting spot will be on the second floor, or if the weather permits, we’ll enjoy the fresh air at a street-side table. If you can’t find us inside, just look for us outside!

Dear group members! For those who haven’t joined us before, please note that fewer people tend to RSVP than actually attend. Regulars are accustomed to dropping by without prior notice, so feel free to join us anytime between 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM!

Welcome back to our favorite venue! This cherished location has been the site of our weekly meetups for many years. You’ll find us on the second floor.

Conveniently located near the Dupont Circle Metro station, Zorba's Cafe is the same place where we gathered every Thursday evening before 2015.

All are invited, but please remember to converse in Russian only. For many, this is a valuable opportunity to practice the language. Plus, enjoy our happy hour drink specials!

Timing: While someone usually arrives by 5:30 PM, it may take the organizers until around 5:45 PM to get there. If you’re the first to arrive, please hang tight—we’ll be there soon! Guests typically stay until at least 8 PM, so arriving later is completely fine!

RSVPs are encouraged but not essential. Many attendees don’t RSVP, so even if only a few people confirm, expect a lively crowd! We often welcome newcomers, so if it’s your first time, you’re likely not alone.

On pleasant days, we frequently sit outside. If the second floor appears empty, just look for the group conversing in Russian at the outdoor tables.

To reiterate, we might have only 3 or 4 RSVPs but end up with around 15 participants, so don’t let the numbers deter you. We look forward to seeing you!
