Join us for an exciting evening of cultural exchange at our Language Exchange Happy Hour [SATURDAY EDITION] on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM. We will provide name tags for all participants, allowing you to share your name, the languages you speak, and the languages you wish to learn.

All language enthusiasts are welcome! While we strive to connect you with a partner fluent in your desired language, we cannot guarantee availability for every language.

Here’s how it works: We will arrange tables based on the languages represented, guiding attendees to their designated tables. Remember, everyone is welcome to participate! However, we cannot promise a partner for every specific language.

Guidelines to follow:

1. This event is complimentary and open to guests aged 21 and over (please bring an ID).
2. Respect your fellow attendees and ensure everyone has the opportunity to practice with others.
3. We are all native speakers of one or more languages and are here to assist each other, so please be accommodating.
4. If you do not speak the language required by another participant, please respect their space.
5. Any rude or aggressive behavior will result in removal from the event, at the discretion of the organizers.
6. This event is intended for in-person interaction; please refrain from arranging online meetings through comments or direct messages.
7. We kindly ask that you avoid posting in the comment section, as it generates notifications for all attendees. For inquiries, please contact the organizers directly.

9. Upon arrival, our team will welcome you and escort you to your designated language group.
10. Don’t hesitate to share your local languages! We have diplomats from various countries eager to practice with you.

11. Please be patient during the first 30 minutes as we organize everyone into their respective language groups.
12. A registration station will be set up to check you in.
