What is a Potluck Picnic? For those unfamiliar, a potluck picnic involves bringing a little extra food to share with a small group. It's a communal feast where everyone contributes to the culinary delight!

Event Details:

• Entry: Free admission for adults aged 18 and above
• Time: Specific meetup times will be disclosed a few days prior to the event, usually commencing a couple of hours before sunset to escape the midday heat.
• What to Expect: These gatherings are laid-back affairs where attendees lounge on blankets, enjoy snacks, engage in conversations, and unwind.

Meetup Location: The exact picnic location will be revealed in our WhatsApp groups shortly before the event, as reservations are not possible. We will secure a spot just before the event and notify everyone through WhatsApp.

What to Bring:

• Essential picnic supplies (food, blankets, etc.)
• We will provide basic items like paper plates, cups, and napkins, but feel free to bring your own to ensure there's enough for everyone.
• We encourage using reusable materials to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

Etiquette:

• Please assist us by cleaning up after yourselves and leaving no litter behind.
• Kindly note that a photographer may be present, and images or videos could be shared on social platforms.
