Saturday or Sunday afternoon might be a better time to meet. Depends on where the Thai people live. If they are coming from far then tey might prefer to meet in the evening after work in the downtown area. In which case, Neilson Hays Library won't be open.



And I'm not sure a Wednesday is such a good day. Monday or Tuesday evenings might be better for this sort of thing.
