Join us for a rejuvenating morning of Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, followed by a scrumptious Brunch and an engaging Language Exchange experience.

Our yoga session will emphasize techniques designed to foster a pain-free lifestyle. Led by our skilled instructor, you'll navigate through gentle poses, breathing techniques, and meditation aimed at alleviating stress and cultivating inner tranquility. This session welcomes all levels, so no prior experience is necessary!

Once the yoga practice concludes, indulge in a delightful brunch while mingling with fellow participants and honing your language skills! Enjoy vibrant discussions with people from diverse backgrounds, exchanging languages and cultural insights. Connect with other expats and local Spanish speakers who are excited to meet new friends.

When
Join us on Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM.
Please arrive 5 minutes early; entry will not be permitted 10 minutes after the start time.

Location
The yoga session will be held at Espai Dodecaedre: C/Dos de Maig 202, ground floor 3 - Barcelona (Metro stations: Encants / Glòries). Afterward, we'll stroll to the brunch venue.

What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing, and bring water and a towel. You can bring your own yoga mat or use one provided by our studio.

Yoga class only: €12
Brunch only: €21
Complete Package (Yoga + Brunch): €30

Cash payments can be made during previous language exchanges.
NO-SHOW POLICY: No refunds will be provided for any reason.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A refund will be issued as credits for use in the next session.

Únete a nosotros para una mañana de Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, seguida de un delicioso brunch y una interesante sesión de intercambio de idiomas.

Durante la sesión de yoga, nos enfocaremos en técnicas que promueven un estilo de vida sin dolor. Nuestra instructora te guiará a través de suaves posturas de yoga, ejercicios de respiración y meditación, ayudándote a reducir el estrés y encontrar la paz interior. ¡No se necesita experiencia previa en yoga, es apto para todos los niveles!

Después de la práctica de yoga, disfruta de un delicioso brunch mientras socializas y perfeccionas tus habilidades lingüísticas. Participa en animadas conversaciones con personas de diferentes culturas, intercambiando idiomas y conocimientos. Conocerás a otros expatriados y locales españoles ansiosos por hacer nuevas amistades.

Ya sea que desees aprender español, francés, inglés o cualquier otro idioma, este evento ofrece una oportunidad especial para sumergirte en el aprendizaje de idiomas mientras te diviertes. Amplía tu red social, explora nuevas culturas y comparte vivencias con personas de diversos orígenes.

Cuándo
Te esperamos el domingo de 11h a 16h.
Llega 5 minutos antes, ya que no se permitirá la entrada 10 minutos después de comenzar.

Lugar
La sesión de yoga se llevará a cabo en Espai Dodecaedre: C/Dos de Maig 202, planta baja 3 - Barcelona (Estaciones de Metro: Encants / Glòries). Desde allí, caminaremos al lugar del brunch.

Qué traer
Ropa cómoda, agua y una toalla. Puedes traer tu propia esterilla de yoga o usar una de nuestro estudio.

Clase de yoga sola: 12€
Brunch solo: 21€
Paquete Completo (Yoga + Brunch): 30€

Pago

Los pagos en efectivo se pueden hacer durante intercambios de idiomas anteriores.
POLÍTICA DE NO PRESENTARSE: No se emitirán reembolsos por ningún motivo.

Cancelaciones
Las cancelaciones deben hacerse con al menos 24 horas de antelación. Se emitirá un reembolso en forma de créditos para usar en la próxima sesión.
