Arrival in Calella: 11:15 AM (Guided tour + free time)
Bus to Platja d'Aro: 3:00 PM
Arrival in Platja d'Aro: 3:30 PM (Join the group at the beach or explore the charming town)
Return to Barcelona: 6:30 PM
Arrival in Barcelona: 8:00 PM

Meeting Point
Departure from Sants Estació - The exact meeting point will be sent to you via Whatsapp once the payment is received.
*Don't forget to provide your phone number when booking.

Payment Options
1. Cash payment during the previous language exchanges (Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday) to Aina, the organizer.
2. Bank transfer, Bizum, Revolut, or Wise: Send an email to vincent to obtain the payment details.
*Payment must be made no later than Thursday, July 27th.

Health Insurance
To join us on this trip, you will need to have private health insurance or a valid health card for the public health system in Spain. You will be required to sign a consent form on the day of the trip. Remember to bring identification (DNI, NIE, Passport).

Refund Policy
We offer a refund of your payment up to a week before the trip in case of cancellation (until July 22nd).
NO SHOWS and LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: No refunds will be provided regardless of the reason.

Punto de Encuentro
Salida desde Sants Estació - La ubicación exacta del punto de encuentro se te enviará por Whatsapp una vez recibido el pago.
*No olvides proporcionar tu número de teléfono al reservar.

Opciones de Pago
1. Pago en efectivo durante los intercambios de idiomas previos (miércoles, jueves o viernes) a Aina, la organizadora.
2. Transferencia bancaria, Bizum, Revolut o Wise: Envía un correo electrónico a vincent para obtener los detalles de pago.
*El pago debe realizarse a más tardar el jueves 27 de julio.

Seguro Médico
Para unirte a nuestro viaje, necesitarás tener un seguro médico privado o una tarjeta sanitaria válida para el sistema de salud público en España. Deberás firmar un consentimiento el día del viaje. Recuerda llevar identificación (DNI, NIE, Pasaporte).

Política de Devolución
Ofrecemos un reembolso de tu pago hasta una semana antes del viaje en caso de cancelación (hasta el 22 de julio).
NO PRESENTARSE y CANCELACIONES DE ÚLTIMA HORA: No se realizarán reembolsos sin importar el motivo.
