🌅 As the sun begins its descent, we will gather at 17:00, just in time to witness the breathtaking beauty of the sunset. Let the golden hues inspire and uplift your spirit. 🌞

💸 To participate, a minimum contribution of 10 euros per class is required. Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. Your investment in your well-being is priceless. 💆🏽‍♂️

🌸 Our class is designed to holistically enhance your health, bringing balance to your mind, body, and soul. Through a fusion of hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga elements, we will guide you in embracing deep relaxation and self-nourishment. 🌿

Join us for this optional post-class activity and make the most of your time by the sea. Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat or towel, but if you happen to forget, I have a limited number of extra mats and towels available upon request. 🌅🏊🏽‍♀️

🧚🏾‍♀️ Allow me to introduce myself, your dedicated yoga instructor. With almost a decade of personal yoga practice and two years of teaching experience, I am here to guide you on this transformative journey. I hold a Hatha yoga teacher certificate from Yoga Alliance and have enriched my knowledge by studying Buddhism at Dongguk University in Seoul, South Korea. Additionally, I spent three months immersing myself in the yogic and Buddhist way of life in Sri Lanka, honing my skills in Ayurveda. Let's embark on this path of enlightenment together. 🌌
