🤝What is GLEX?
GLEX, short for Gyeonggi Language Exchange, is the largest language exchange meetup in Gyeonggi Province, with over 3,400 members since its establishment in 2015. We offer a free language exchange program called "GLEXathon" for Koreans and foreigners who are interested in practicing Korean, Chinese, English, or any other language. Don't hesitate to join us if you want to improve your language skills and meet new people!

⏰Event Time:
Every Wednesday - 1st round: 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM / 2nd round: 9:30 PM onwards

🌏Event Venue:
1st round: "Cafe Grovy" / 2nd round: "Free Style" Pub
"Cafe Grovy" is located about a 5-minute walk from exit 1 of Jungang Station, behind the Paris Baguette building in downtown Jungang-dong.

💸Cost:
The event is completely free to attend. However, we kindly ask each participant to order at least one drink at the venue.

If you attend the 1st round at "Cafe Grovy," you can enjoy a 10% discount on beverages and coffee. Just let the staff know that you are a GLEX member ("글렉스 멤버").

✌The Optional 2nd Round:
If you'd like to continue the conversation and have a relaxed time with friends, join us at "Free Style" Pub located in the basement of the "Dalcomm Coffee" building. Feel free to enjoy pocket ball, darts, beer, and more.

✅How to Join GLEX Meetup(Mandatory)

Step 1: Sign up for a Meetup account if you don't have one.

Step 2: Visit the GLEX Meetup page, choose the date you want to attend, and click the RSVP button to register. We look forward to the attendance of those who genuinely want to participate.

Step 3: Send your name, Meetup account name, and contact information to the organizer. Please message us at 010-8900-0579 (English) or KakaoTalk ID: yologlex (We need your name and contact information for verification purposes).

Step 4: Attend the meetup with a positive mindset and let the organizer know who you are. It's okay to be a little late.

• If you have even a slight intention to attend, please RSVP.
• You can cancel your RSVP through the website or by contacting an organizer.
• Registration is open until 6:30 PM on the day of the meetup.
• While there is no penalty for not showing up after RSVPing, please avoid repeated absences.
• Registering and not attending is better than attending without registering (Attending without registration is prohibited).

⏰MEETUP TIME:

The 1st round takes place at "Cafe Grovy," while the 2nd round is held at "Free Style" Pub. "Cafe Grovy" is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from exit 1 of Jungang Station, behind the Paris Baguette building in downtown Jungang-dong.

💸COST:
There is no cost to attend the meetup. However, each member is required to order at least one beverage.
