Join the Gyeonggi Language Exchange Meetup, also known as GLEX, for the 319th GLEXathon on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 7:00 PM. GLEX is the largest language exchange Meetup in Gyeonggi Province with over 3,400 members since its establishment in 2015. Meet new people and practice your language skills in English, Korean, Chinese, or any other language. Best of all, it's completely free!

When:

Every Wednesday evening - 1st round is from 7PM to 9:30PM / 2nd round is from 9:30 and on

Where:

The 1st round is at Cafe Grovy and the 2nd round is at Free Style Pub. Cafe Grovy is located in downtown Jungang-dong, approximately a 5 minute walk from exit number 1 of Jungang Station.

Cost:

There is no cost to join, but attendees are required to order at least one beverage. Members at Cafe Grovy receive a 10% discount on their order by letting the clerk know that they are a GLEX Meetup member.

After the Meetup, attendees are invited to join us at Free Style Pub located in the basement of the Dalcomm Coffee building.

Requirements to Join:

• Step 1: Sign up for an account on our Meetup site if you don't already have one.
• Step 2: RSVP on the GLEX Meetup page for the day that you would like to attend. Please only RSVP if you are serious about attending.
• Step 3: Send a message to the organizer with your real name, Meetup account name, and contact number by text message to 010-8900-0579 or by KakaoTalk to ID: yologlex.
• Step 4: Show up with a positive attitude and let the organizer know who you are. Being a little late is no problem at all.
• Please RSVP and register to join anytime you think you might attend. RSVP cancellations can be made through our site at anytime(or cancel by contacting an organizer).
• Registrations to attend can be made until 6:30PM on the day of the Meetup. Although there is no penalty for those who RSVP and not show up, please don't make a habit of it. It's better to RSVP and not show than to show up without RSVPing(Attending without registering is NOT allowed.)
