Hello there,

Are you a fan of Korean dramas and want to learn more than just basic phrases like "안녕하세요" (annyeonghaseyo) and "감사합니다" (kamsahamnida)? Or perhaps you want to practice speaking lines from your favorite dramas?

Join us for Saturday Korean: 토요일 한국어, a language-learning meetup event where you can improve your Korean skills. It's recommended that you already have some knowledge of the language to ensure a smoother conversation. Best of all, our events are completely free!

WE WANT KOREAN SPEAKERS TOO!

We're always on the lookout for proficient Korean speakers (native speakers not required) to share their language and culture knowledge. If you're fluent in Korean, come join us, help others learn, and make new friends.

See you there!

ONLY THOSE WHO ARE FULLY VACCINATED CAN JOIN. Stay in your designated group throughout the meetup and do not intermingle with those from another group. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are implementing a number of measures at our events. All participants MUST adhere to our instructions.

  1. We are limiting the number of participants at our events. Being on the Waitlist does not guarantee a spot at a table.

  2. Upon arrival, you will be assigned to a table. It is mandatory to sit at the assigned table.

  3. DO NOT move around between groups or interact with individuals at other tables during the event.

  4. Failure to follow the instructions above or any other instructions given by the event host may result in being asked to leave the event.

***

  1. NO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES We welcome individuals who are genuinely interested in language learning or helping others learn. However, this is not a platform for those with ulterior motives like recruiting members for their business or selling products/services. Such individuals will be asked to stop attending our meetups if found to be pestering our members for such purposes.

  2. GETTING THERE Nearest MRT station: Promenade MRT Station. LOCATING US INSIDE THE FOOD COURT When you arrive at the food court, look for groups of people and ask if they are there for a meetup. We are usually seated near the entrance of the food court, between the Chinese dessert stall and the drinks stall. You can also send the host a text message via Meetup.

They talk about us!
