   4. Finished pottery can be taken or exchanged for a vase
   5. Leftover pottery without vase reservation will be discarded
   6. Vase includes two firings and coloring
   7. Vase creation available 12 days after pottery making, with a 12-day coloring period. Collection available after 12 days, with a 12-day grace period for collection before disposal
   8. We do not take responsibility for pottery breakage in the kiln due to air pockets or manufacturing defects
   9. No postponement, cancellation, or substitution
