   6. Glazing includes two firings and coloring
   7. You can come for glazing 12 days after pottery-making, with a 12-day coloring period. Collect within 12 days, or it will be discarded
   8. We are not liable for pottery breakage in the kiln due to air pockets or manufacturing defects
   9. No rescheduling, canceling, or swapping
