Newcomers are welcome to attend our beginner classes on the following days and times:

🥋Tuesday and Thursday 8:00-9:00 in the morning.
The first lesson is complimentary, but a confirmation call is required prior to attending. If you see this message, it means there are already 5 confirmed participants from other channels, so just give us a call and join in.

In a world where unprovoked attacks and threats exist, being prepared is essential. Learn essential self-defense techniques to safeguard yourself and your loved ones in unexpected situations.

• Safe falling and rolling techniques
• Escaping hand and hair grips
• Defending against bear hugs and strangulation
• Utilizing fists, elbows, knees, and more for self-defense
• Mobility training and observation skills
• Defense against knives, weapons, and multiple attackers

Bring along friends who are curious about self-defense but ensure they confirm their attendance. Wear comfortable sports attire for the course, and have water and wet wipes for post-training.
