We have beginner classes available on various days and times:

• Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

In today's unpredictable world, it's crucial to be prepared for unprovoked street attacks, armed robberies, and threats to your safety. Learning self-defense techniques can be the difference between being a victim or staying safe.

Our courses will gradually teach you essential skills that enhance your senses, improve your reaction time, and strengthen your muscles. You will learn the most effective self-defense techniques from various martial arts. Additionally, these classes are a fantastic way to improve your overall fitness, balance, flexibility, and coordination. We will also focus on conflict avoidance strategies.

Here's what you'll learn:

• Safely falling and rolling techniques
• Escaping hand grips and hair grabs (especially for women)
• Defense against bear hugs
• Escaping strangulations
• Fighting and self-defense techniques
• Using fists, elbows, knees, feet, and other body parts for self-defense
• Mobility exercises
• Anticipation and heightened observation skills
• Defense against knife attacks
• Defense against weapon attacks
• Defense against multiple attackers

Feel free to bring your friends along to witness the power of self-defense. However, please ensure that they are genuinely interested in attending.

For the class, wear comfortable sports attire. And don't forget to bring a water bottle and wet wipes for after the training session.
