Join us for an exciting opportunity to learn Krav Maga, the martial art of self-defense. Not only will you get in great shape, but you'll also gain valuable knowledge on how to protect yourself in unpleasant situations. We offer beginner classes on various days and times:

• Monday and Wednesday: 21:00-22:00
• Tuesday and Thursday: 20:00-21:00
• Tuesday and Thursday: 21:00-22:00
• Tuesday and Thursday (morning): 8:00-9:00

Don't wait until it's too late. Prepare yourself for unprovoked street attacks, armed robberies, and other threats to your safety. Our courses will teach you essential self-defense techniques, improve your physical fitness, and enhance your coordination and balance. Plus, you'll learn how to avoid conflicts altogether.

• The art of falling and rolling safely
• Escaping hand grips and hair grabs (especially for women)
• Breaking free from bear hugs
• Defending against strangulation
• Effective fighting techniques
• Self-defense using fists, elbows, knees, feet, and more

• Defense against knives and other weapons
• Handling multiple attackers

Feel free to bring your friends along to witness the power of self-defense. However, please remember to join only if you plan to participate actively.

Wear comfortable sports attire during the course. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and wet wipes for post-training refreshment.
