Join us on an unforgettable day trip as we explore two incredible destinations: Tula, an archeological site, and Tepotzotlán, one of Mexico's 177 Pueblo Mágicos (Magical Towns) located north of Mexico City. Please note that Tepotzotlán is not to be confused with Tepoztlán, which is located south of Mexico City.

Tula is a fascinating Mesoamerican archeological site that served as the capital of the Toltec Empire between the decline of Teotihuacan and the rise of Tenochtitlan. The highlight of Tula is the Pyramid of Quetzalcoatl, featuring four-meter high basalt columns intricately carved in the form of Toltec warriors. Although Tula fell around 1150, its influence continued during the Aztec Empire.

Tepotzotlán, with its charming colonial-era appearance, captivates visitors with its cobblestone alleys, arcades, and plazas. The main church is surrounded by a small secular plaza, where cultural events often take place. The municipal market is renowned for its food stands offering traditional dishes such as quesadillas, sopes, pambazos, tacos, barbacoa, and carnitas.

The tour is priced at 1250 Mexican Pesos and includes private transportation for our small, semi-private group. Our knowledgeable guides will provide explanations in English and Spanish. Please make the payment 3 to 5 days before the tour.

Payment must be made in advance. If you are paying from abroad, you can transfer the funds using Wise. If you are in Mexico, you can pay in cash at any 7 Eleven store, Oxxo store, or by making a cash deposit at any Banamex bank. Mexican bank account holders can also make a local transfer. To check availability and receive payment information from Lidia Herrera, please send a WhatsApp message to +52 55 1308 3732.
