I'm now studying in Geography, and I like to know new knowledge, theory, and concepts, even there is no connection to my research region. For example, I study lots of subjects or regions for my research, such as Matlab, Seismology, and Physics, etc., they are not directly related to my original major, geography, however, there still have some interaction because I believed that different regions method in another region might obtain surprising results. That's why, I'm used to studying natural hazards prevention and reduction, especially for debris-flow, but now I research earthquake prediction, in addition, I've been done a chemistry project of Inorganic Chemistry during 2009-2011. At Present, there are lots of disasters that destroys our home and lives, however, disaster prevention is very difficult, but if we can reduce the losses caused by a disaster, and this, might help more people.
