but we use it in reading books and historical movies not in our everyday talking

there is some little mistake in pronounce.. if you know some grammar you can say it correct.. as example .. you said " ana motakhasisa fi Derasat aldawliya .. and the correct is alderasat aldawliya .. the character "al" means "the" should be in the tow words if they are linked together ... (adjective)
may be I can't explain but you said it correct you you said aljame'a alamrikiya
