Can anyone tell me what's the difference between 'carro' and 'coche'?

    Both are correct,, but in Spain "carro" means a car commonly speaking, like "buga"
    "coche" means a car formally speaking, like "automovil"

Carro is car in South America,
Coche is car in Spain

Like everybody said, these words are synonyms, you can also use the words "Auto" and "Automóvil" as the same.

Carro and Coche is exactly the same... just "Coche" is as a formal way, i can help you with spanish :)

No existe ninguna diferencia ya que son sinónimos, es decir, diferentes maneras de decir una sola palabra,cosa, etc.
