Nosotros is the neutral form of We. if "we" are composed of men, we use "nosotros". If "we" are composed of men and women (even if it's 1 men and 50 women) we use nosotros. Last scenario: If "we" are composed of only women (not a single man) then it's "nosotras".

Yo: first person singular equivalent to "I" Mi: This word has two scenarios. One with an accent (mí) and one without it (mi). "Mi" without accent is the first person signular possessive pronoun equivalent to "my" in english. (example: mi perro, mi casa. my dog, my house) "Mí" with accent is equivalent to "Me" in english, and it is used in pretty much the same cases (example: That gift is for me. Ese regalo es para mí) It is the object pronoun of "Yo". So the object pronoun of "I" is "me" then the object pronoun of "Yo" is "mí".

Now, estar is one verb in infinitive form. (You know all verbs in infinitive in spanish end in -ar -er or -ir) but "es" is the verb "ser" conjugated in third person singular. So the verb is actually "ser". The real question comes to when to use "ser" and when to use "estar". Both mean "to be" in english, but in spanish depends of what are you trying to say. "Ser" is used to describe something which characteristics won't change over time. It is always constant. (Example: The sky is blue. El cielo es azul) The sky will always be blue. Now "estar" is used to describe the characterstic of something but this characteristics are temporary and may change depending of many things. (Example. The sky is gray. El cielo está azul) The sky is gray because of the clouds and may or may not change in a near future. Another example: The grass is green. El césped es verde. Grass natural color will always be green (normal grass). The grass is yellow. El césped está amarillo. Right now the grass is yellow because of something (maybe lack of water) and may change in the near future. Think of it this way. "Ser" is for something that normally is that way. "Estar" will always have a cause. Something that caused it to be that way. Try these exercises

El árbol _______ verde.

Mí mamá _____ enojada (why is she mad?).

El chile______ es picante.

Mi amigo ______ feliz.

I hope I helped and if you have any other question feel free ti ask me.

That's right! But you need to conjugate it in third person. So it would be. Mi mama está enojada
