What is the difference between доброе ночи, спокойной ночи and Доброй ночи?

First is incorrect, both mean "good night", but "доброй ночи" is more like archaism. We mostly use "спокойной ночи".

And доброй ночи! аnd спокойной ночи! are corrects both options

    I don’t agree with the answers above. Well, at least at the place where I live these phrases are used in different way. When we go to bed we always say Спокойной ночи. But Доброй ночи is used as a greeting at night. For example I work at night and I want to greet my colleague, say at 1 a.m. I will say Доброй ночи. We’re not going to sleep. We’re at work.

Разница стилистическая. По сути, пожелания доброй ночи и спокойной ночи являются синонимами в русском языке.

Спокойной ночи is used when we are going to bed or we say by by. Доброй ночи is used when greeting take place and say good by.
