Is this grammatically correct ? "девушка бурно пинает странный предмет на дороге"

Grammatically corect, but not if it's speaking about correct meaning

Examples of бурно  
1) Гости бурно протестовали против завершения праздника
2) Бурно протекающий конфликт возымеет свои непоправимые последствия 

I think that бурно is mostly attached to negatively meaning sentences, when something going wrong or overloading norma
But in your case you want to give the shadow of enthusiasm 

you can say like "Девушка увлечённо пинает странный предмет на дороге"
