What is the words order in Romanian? Please :)

I saw possessives are after the nouns

And adjectives are before the nouns

Is it correct? ^^

Depending on the adjective's position, we have different meanings: un mare om- a man with a high social statue or that is admired because of his education, inteligence, etc ,but un om mare- a tall man

I think that possesives and adjectives are both after the noun.
