    • Need help translating an old Polish idiom

    • Hi, I'm trying to find the correct phrase my great-grandma used to say.
    • I've heard it all my life and could only guess at it phonically, although I've been told the phrase means that something that's so obvious that it could be seen at night or in the dark (I don't know if it would help any, but she hailed from Gdansk.) The phrase sounds a little like: Vee-jeesh-sea-note-zee Any suggestions as to what the phrase might be?
    • Thanks so much! verythankful
