Any Guaraní native speakers who would be willing to complete a short survey?

I am working on my Master's thesis in Linguistics which is concerned with Spanish loanwords in Guaraní. I have a short questionnaire  that I need the help of native speakers with. Are there any Guarani speakers who could please help me out?
