chrisguiApril 2014 室 (shi4) - this means room, but in more of a public/corporate sense. 房间 (fang2 jian1) - this also means room, but literally a room in a house! It can also be used as a general term for a whole apartment which is kinda small. 屋 (wu1) - this is paired with 'zi' to mean house. Hope this helps! |
