    i have to say, this is hard to explain. the correct one should be "嗟行之人，胡不比焉？" from the book of 《诗经·唐风·杕杜》. it was an ancient poem that expressed a man who were suffering in a lonesome, helpless mood. the spicific meaning for this sentence is " i sighed deeply for thoes passers, why they didn't want to get close to me?" i attach the full poem here for your refernce:有杕之杜，其叶湑湑。独行踽踽。岂无他人？不如我同父。嗟行之人，胡不比焉？人无兄弟，胡不佽焉？ 有杕之杜，其叶菁菁。独行茕茕。 岂无他人？不如我同姓。 嗟行之人，胡不比焉？人无兄弟，胡不佽焉？ ——《诗经·唐风·杕杜》
