Studying Mandarin abroad in HongKong (Cantonese city)?

I'm a 16 year old Asian-American and grew up being exposed to many languages [around 6]. I am fluent in Cantonese and English. I already know what I want to do in my life and that is to work internationally. In order to do so, my parents are allowing me to spend a summer in China enrolling in an intensive language course. The thing is most programs only allow people 18 and older. All these teenager programs they have are a waste of my time because you only study for about 2 hours a day. What I'm asking for is... are there any programs in Hong Kong where I am able to have an intensive Mandarin course regardless of age that includes homestay? I'm only interested in Hong Kong because my Mandarin is barely over beginner level, and I can easily survive and find my way throughout Hong Kong with my Cantonese and English fluency. Studying in Beijing, Shanghai, or anywhere else might be a problem for me because I can't read simplified Chinese characters, only Traditional. Help? Much obliged. =]
