Kashmiri is a gendered langauge, so the verb changes depending on who is spekaing. 

"I don't understand" in Kashmiri would be:

Male - Be chus ne samjan

Female - Be chas ne samjan

meaning I am not understanding

 

Alternatively, you can also use Me tur ne we fikre to say "I don't understand this"
