Looking for japanese study partner, Washington, USA - English

I speak fluent English, I'm learning Japanese in college and need a study partner. You can be fluent in Japanese or just learning  (first quarter would be awesome), or even want to learn I can help teach you as I  learn.

Really looking for someone to practice my conversation skills with, practice new vocabulary and sentences and just someone to enjoy learning the language with.

If you are fluent in Japanese and want to learn English or get help with English that works for me. We can meet and divide our time in half, do Japanese half the time and  English the other half.

I suppose I  could do some practice online, but really I need someone to talk with in person because that is where I  am struggling. If you live in Snohomish or King County (near Seattle), Washington State then thats great. Hope to hear from you.
