Search for Japanese friends to learn Japan

Hi,

I'm Pedro from France, I want to find some friends who speak Japanese it's for my study. Actually i'am a trainee in an IT world company.   I work with a lot of Japanese people but they don't have the time to help me to learn Japanese.
