Need an easy phrase to use that everyone knows? نمی‌فهمم is the conjugation of a verb ”فهمیدن” which means to understand.
نمی‌فهمم (nemifahmam) means ”I do not understand”.
Its pronunciation in Dari is just a bit different:
نمی‌فامم (namefamom) is used in Afghanistan.

But, here are other expressions that could be used:
تو مخم نمی‌ره (It doesn’t enter my brain)
تو کو*ـم نمی‌ره (It doesn’t enter my ass, vulgar language ofc)
درک نمی‌کنم (I don’t comprehend)
گیجم کرد (It confused me)
سرمو درد آورد (It caused me a headache)
