Question about the cursive form of Hebrew

I am a beginner, learning Hebrew block and cursive alphabets.  Can someone help me understand this Hebrew writing? (see attached image).  The last letter doesn't look like any of the cursive Hebrew letters I have in charts, so I am having trouble identifying it.  Also, one of the lines looks a bit curved.  Is it a handwritten vav?
