If you mean a good system of social support including public housing, healthcare and/or income support, then the answer is ”fair to middling” ... and certainly inferior to the social programs in place in Luxembour, Germany, Holland, France, and all of Scandinavia.

    PS: But much better than the systems in Russian Federation, Ukraina, and most Eastern European states. (Slight) exceptions are the Baltic states -- Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, of which Estonia is superior.
