You can use at for the time example: at 3:42 pm
At night

On
U can use on for:
Ex:
On the bus
On Monday
On Tuesday
On July

    You can use in for:
    Example: in the morning
    In the evening.
    In the afternoon
    However for night you can use at
    Because night it's always at 00:00

    And use "in" the morning because morning is at 5:00 am until 12:00 noon.

    And use at for more specific like at 3:42 pm

    At 3:55 pm in the morning until at night on Sunday
