ENGLISH NATIVE SPEAKERS WANTED!!! Which word would you use to describe the duties of personnel administration for payroll, taxes, travel reimbursements? generic term like accounting, settlement?

Anything to do with the employees' pay is dealt with by Payroll which is part of Human Resources. Travel expenses are dealt with by Accounting (or for short Accounts). Travel expenses are not the employees' pay so they first have to be processed by Accounts and then they are forwarded to Payroll where they then are reimbursed to the employees in their next pay check. I have worked in HR.
