Is this kind of situation shoud be called《trouble in phone》?Do you have any better ideas?

"I am sorry, I am having phone trouble. (Could you please speak a little slower//I can't hear you very well))"

Alternately, you could also say, "The speaker on my phone does not work very well." Which would indicate the auditory problems.

you could just call this "phone trouble" or trouble with the phone.
