GIVE ANSWERS - English

I can't seem to find the right phrasing for my profile in the CV. It keeps getting too compicated of too simple. Would you mind taking a look and giving some feedback.

"My teaching style is based on empathy and the ability to read students' intentions. While I try to create a bond through showing attention and a smile with every student, non verbal comunication and a feel for the right pace have always secured me dedication of a fair share of my pupils."
