I am struggling to study Russian for many years, and lately I almost reached B2. I want to start studying German, but I am afraid because I don’ t want to give up on Russian. How can I do them both?

As you enter into the beginning stages of German be sure to continue practicing Russian or else, as you fear, yes, the Russian language, which is not native to you, will start to fade. Perhaps you can find a Russian who is highly-fluent in the German language as an advisor/mentor and/or instructor? In this fashion you could kill two birds with a single stone.

All what did you learn in Russian you can learn it in German, I mean you can translate from Russian to German.
