"What is a better (or: "the best") way to say "Not a day goes by (or: "passes by") in the absence of science (note: not cspaitalized letter "s" b/c the word, in this instance, does not constitute a "proper noun" form).

Also might want to "clean up" you second sentence by eliminating the "adverbial form" of the word "natural", i.e., "Does it sound natural?". Thus, I would (re)render your question as follows:

"Waht is the best way to say "not a day passes by in the absence of science." "Does it sound natural?".
