"Talk to" or "Talk with"?

Based on grammar books, "Talk to" is one way speaking (one is speaking, and the other is listening), but "Talk with" is a conversation between two person

It depends - "talk to" sounds more natural (British English) but "talk with" would also sound correct, depending on the context.
