Hey, good evening to you. The sentence is more or less grammatically correct, but one suggestion to make it much clearer and stronger, how about "from the wide spectrum of __critical__ issues we are facing" OR "from the wide spectrum of __threats__ we are facing". The word "issues" by itself in this context sounds a little mismatched with the severity of what you're describing after it. D: ... :-] CR

Pandemic is an adjective. Is it modifying winter also? Normally you want to keep sentences parallel and if you’re listing adjective +noun all the things in that list should follow that pattern.
