It is street language. A very explicit (and rude term) to designate either women (usually prostitutes) or someone unworthy. I guess the rest of the sentence basically means the person is not cool anymore, not interesting anymore (cold product is a sort of metaphor to say "outdated"), and that 'they' are now interested in another idiot who is currently viewed as cool.
