Well, depending on your level of understanding. You should really use a different kind of phrasing, such as, I would like us to be good friends, or, I would like for us to be good friends, or, I would really like for us to be good friends, etcetera. For the more beautiful and more accurate the phrasing is, it sounds and seems more genuine.

I would say, "I would like it if we were good friends." This uses the subjunctive mood which is uncommon in English but is still used. Or you can say, "I would like to be good friends with you."

You could also say, "I would like to be good friends." However, only use the word "good" if you already know the person. Otherwise, asking to be "good" friends to a stranger or new friend can be a little disarming.
